With nearly 25 years of dedicated service in Law Enforcement, including 19 years as a trainer and leader on SWAT, I retired as a Sergeant in the Violent Crimes Division of Minneapolis. Throughout my career, I conducted countless interviews with suspects and victims, focusing on complex investigations involving firearms, narcotics, and gang conspiracies.  My work resulted in hundreds of cases, court orders, and filings that led to significant State and Federal convictions. I have received multiple awards from Local, State, and Federal organizations in recognition of my investigative efforts.

 

Now, as a licensed and insured Private Investigator and Protective Service Agent, my mission is to leverage my extensive experience in Law Enforcement to provide private consulting services that deliver valuable insights into contemporary techniques and best practices in interviewing and investigative processes. I aim to assist law firms, private businesses, and citizens with innovative solutions that enhance their operational effectiveness with results.
